Little John’s Movers Brief History and Available Services

Little John's Movers is a family run business started in 1947 by John & Mary Filipowicz.  Their two sons, Robert Filipowicz, Kenneth Filipowicz and their daughter, Janice Warro  currently manage the business.  The office and storage facility are located on the same site at 150 Pomeroy Avenue, Meriden 06450.    

Little John's staff are experienced with people making all size moves. We are able to arrange moves of furniture to various locations within the state and also moves to out of state locations if one wishes to ship furniture to family members, friends, or seasonal homes. We also have a storage facility available if furniture needs to be stored for either a short or long term.  We reserve this space on premises for our clients' storage only.  This means the general public will not have access to any of your goods.               

Commercial moving is also available with Little John's. Our experienced personnel can move office furniture, file cabinets and equipment with ease. Pop-up tote cartons that require no taping are available for packing of files or contents of desks.

Little John's offers complete moving services, including full or partial packs. If one wishes to do their own packing, we also have cartons available for purchase.
